Key Responsibilities:
- Be the administrative wizard who keeps our office in top shape.
- Provide first-class client support, from educating to scheduling.
- Lead and mentor our office staff, creating a vibrant work culture.
- Allocate resources smartly to support our ambitious goals.
- Be the go-to person for communication, liaising between teams and clients.
- Dive into financial tasks and keep our budgets and books in check.
- Manage our day-to-day office hustle, from calls to event planning.
- Play a key role in our marketing efforts, enhancing our brand presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in office management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in accounting, bookkeeping, and tech integration (CRMs, HR software, Excel, etc.).
- Marketing experience is a plus!
