City of Lapeer Community Center

The City of Lapeer Community Center, also known as the Rec Center, is a vibrant hub designed to cater to diverse recreational needs. Since its opening in 1995, this 55,000 square foot facility has provided a variety of facilities including racquetball courts, a cycling studio, and a splash pad. It features versatile event rooms and indoor courts suitable for basketball, volleyball, or pickleball. It also has outdoor pickleball courts. The center boasts a competition pool, a leisure pool with a water slide, an indoor track, and a well-equipped weight room, making it an ideal destination for fitness and fun for all ages.
